What are my chances of going to schools such as BC, BU, UMass, Tufts, etc.?

I am a sophomore in high school, I have a 4.22 unweighted GPA (I am unsure of my weighted GPA), I am ranked approximately 20th in my class (granted I go don't go to the best school; it is an OK at best public school), I am involved in a prestigious museum tour guide-ing program, I play baseball, I am involved with my student council/student government, I am a member of the national honors society and science national honors society, I plan on joining philosophy club as well as a few other clubs next year, I am going to volunteer and hopefully work part time this summer, and I estimate I will get somewhere between an 1800 and a 2100 on the SATs (I am going to try to get a tutor so I can score over 2000).
