ITunes new Terms And Conditions?

I went to buy an album, and it said I have to confirm the new terms and conditions. I hit Ok, and it didn't even lead me to where I have to. I just want the fuc*ing album. So what do I do to confirm all their BS because I don't even know where I have to go to do it. I'm literally pissed because I've wasted 60 dollars trying to buy a 10 dollar album.
