Are there units associated with "A" (collision frequency) in the Arrhenius equation?

Yes, the A does have units. It will have the exact same units as the rate constant "k", because both sides of the equation have to have the same units. So the units will depend on the reaction order.... for the common case of a first order reaction, the SI units for A will be s^-1. (Which has a physical meaning of collisions per second).
