How to link the title of a tumblr post to your ask box?

so i always see people promo'ing people by making the title of their post "FOLLOW HER" or whatever and if you click "FOLLOW HER" it will go to that person's profile. how do i do that to make it go to my ask? because i'm going to make a post saying "i want some messages" or whateverrr. someone help ?
