Going to Ternate, Cavite from Lipa, Batangas?

Hi! Does anyone know how to commute from Lipa, Batangas to Ternate, Cavite? We are planning to treak Pico de Loro and we need another way to Ternate instead of going to Manila then to Ternate. Thanks.
