Car insurance INCREASE every 6 months with no accidents/tickets? wtf!?

This is true, insurance rates are going up statewide and nationwide. We (the insurance agents) don't get to adjust the rates, the company (allstate, progressive, etc) decide what the rates are. The worse the economy gets, the higher the rates are, sorry but that's just the way it is.
