Can you wear skinny jeans to work?

I'm a 17 year old guy (just graduated out of high school) and I wanted to know if I am aloud to wear skinny jeans (Social Collision jeans) to a job. I'm suppose to be getting a job soon with the help of VESID. I might be working at Petsmart or something, like that. My friend used to work at K-Mart. And, they let him wear skinny jeans. Is it certain places that do that? Also, I don't like wearing non skinny type clothing. I have nothing against people who wear it. I just don't like it. If you can answer this, then thank you. -Dallas
